There is no pressure to move forward and no obligation to engage.

Nexa exists to support informed decision-making, not to push outcomes.

Control and consent sit at the centre of every introduction.

No Unwanted Sales Pressure

One of the biggest frustrations in energy and sustainability is how conversations begin.

At Nexa:

  • businesses are only contacted when they choose to engage

  • consultants must not initiate unsolicited contact outside of Nexa

  • timing, relevance and intent always come first

This standard is enforced through the Nexa Consultant Code of Conduct.

Transparent & Fair Commercial Models

Nexa does not take commissions from energy contracts or consultancy services.

Consultants working with Nexa are required to:

  • be transparent about how they charge

  • clearly explain their commercial model

  • price services fairly and consistently

Businesses engage with full context, no hidden incentives.

Vetted Consultants Only

Every consultant introduced via Nexa is:

  • known to Nexa

  • reviewed for experience, credibility, and approach

  • aligned with a buyer-led, low-pressure way of working

 

Nexa is deliberately selective. Quality always comes before volume.

Consultant Code of Conduct

All consultants introduced via Nexa must agree to a formal Code of Conduct covering:

  • buyer consent and data privacy

  • transparency around fees and remuneration

  • ethical engagement and fair pricing

  • professional standards and accountability

This protects buyers and ensures Nexa remains a trusted route to market.
