Trust & Standards
Nexa exists to fix one thing properly: How buyers engage with energy and sustainability consultants — without noise, pressure, or loss of control.

Everything we do is built around that principle.
What Nexa Is — and Isn’t
Nexa is:
-
a buyer-led route to trusted energy and sustainability consultants
-
a way to explore options on your timeline
-
a privacy-first model where engagement only happens by invitation
Nexa is not:
-
a broker
-
a volume based lead generation platform
-
a marketplace that sells buyer details
-
a platform built around unsolicited outbound sales
If you don’t raise your hand, nothing happens.
Buyer-First by Design
Buyers engage with Nexa only when they choose to.
There is no cold outreach, no automatic follow-up, and no pressure to progress.
Nexa exists to support informed decision making — not to push outcomes.
Buyer consent and control sit at the centre of every introduction.
No Cold Calls. Ever.
One of the biggest frustrations in energy and sustainability is how conversations begin.
At Nexa:
-
buyers are never contacted unless they’ve explicitly requested engagement
-
consultants introduced via Nexa must not initiate unsolicited outbound contact
-
buyer privacy, timing, and intent always come first

This standard is enforced through the Nexa Consultant Code of Conduct.
Transparent & Fair Commercial Models
Nexa does not take commissions from energy contracts or consultancy services.

Consultants working with Nexa are required to:
-
be transparent about how they charge
-
clearly explain their commercial model before any agreement is made
-
price services fairly and in line with their stated approach
Buyers engage with full context, no hidden incentives.
Vetted Consultants Only
Every consultant introduced via Nexa is:
-
known to Nexa
-
reviewed for experience, credibility, and approach
-
aligned with a buyer-led, low-pressure way of working
Nexa is deliberately selective. Quality always comes before volume.
Consultant Code of Conduct
All consultants introduced via Nexa must agree to a formal Code of Conduct covering:
-
buyer consent and data privacy
-
transparency around fees and remuneration
-
ethical engagement and fair pricing
-
professional standards and accountability

This protects buyers and ensures Nexa remains a trusted route to market.
For buyers
You stay in control — from first contact to final decision.
For consultants
You engage with buyers who want the conversation, with clear expectations on both sides.
